Bad day for me

Last afternoon, I went to college and collect my exam results. And i am very surprised that my results was pretty bad as i got failed in business organisation. I am so dissapointed and i guess i might gonna resit my paper next month. Sigh. I hope i can do well this time.

MI2: 5th Spectaculars Results

Even though I made the wrong prediction, I still not surprise at all. You know why? Because Adam is eliminated but unfortunately Farah again bottom 3. Farah and Nita has been so many times in the bottom 3. I hope the fans will keep vote wisely as usual from next week onwards. It looks like Nikki's incident happen...Adam was voted off...he's a wildcard contestant....nikki is a wildcard contestant...he got the highest vote in wildcard...nikki also got the highest votes... they both east malaysians and also left in the Top 6 Results...Sigh.

Spectaculars 5 - Rock

My prediction is......well actually very hard to say because i fear that surprise will happen again this sunday. Anyway, my top 3 is Farah, Daniel, and Ash. That means the bottom 3 is Faizull, Nita, and Adam. I hope Faizull will leave this sunday because of his performance but i am glad that he try to sang English rock song for the first time in spectaculars. But i feel it's not good enough because of his diction and i can't hear what he sing. So it is better for Faizull to leave. Out.

MI2: 4th Spectaculars results

I guess my prediction was wrong as Xerra was voted out in the competition. That's a big surprise because Faizull, Adam, and Azam were not in the bottom 3 and it was Xerra, Farah, and Nita. I know this will happen as some of the kampung people gave sympathy votes to Faizull despite his bad performance. Sigh. Next week is the rock theme so i am sure Faizull are very happy right now because he is a kampung rocker. That's all. Out.

Spectaculars 4- Tribute to local songwriter

Overall, I have a feeling that Faizull, Ash, and Adam in the bottom 3 and Faizull will leave. But i am worried that may be some Faizull fans give sympathy votes to him. So i hope tomorrow there will be no surprise. Ciao.

Spectaculars 3 - R&B Night

I feel it is very difficult to make prediction because surprise can happen anytime. So i feel that the bottom 3 is Faizull, Ejay, and, Daniel will be in the bottom 3 and Ejay will leave. That's all. bye.

Today is a good day as the haze is slightly reduced to 100 over especially Port Klang and Kuala Selangor which are the worst. I believe that the weather in Klang Valley will be back to normal soon.

Breaking News On Haze

So far, only Port Klang & Kuala Selangor are the worst as these place were over 500. That means the government will declare these two as Emergency. OMG, that's made me very horrible. Here are the list of Air

Useful tips and Info about haze

PREVENTION OF HAZE-RELATED ILLNESSES

* Close all windows and doors to your bedroom. Boil a kettle (electric) of water in the room and allow the steam to fill the room. Allow 10 - 15 minutes for the fine water vapor (steam) to collect the pollutants / particles in the air and settle down. After this the room should contain healthier air.

* Usage of face and surgical masks are of no use if they are not regularly changed as they can act as a base for bacteria to grow and result in other infections. Only very close fitting masks that do not allow air to enter through the sides of the mask are effective.

* Limit all outdoor activity as far as possible e.g avoid outdoor sport or physical activities.

* Always wash / bathe as soon as you return from outdoors. This will minimize eye / skin irritation. For minor eye irritation try using over the counter eye drops e.g Eye Mo.

* Use your car air-conditioner when traveling in the car.

* Drink a lot of water.

* Smokers are advised to quit smoking.

* Those who suffer from diseases such as flu, bronchitis, asthma, conjunctivitis, heart diseases or chronic lung diseases should seek immediate treatment at the clinic or hospital if their condition worsens.

HAZE THREATENS YOUR HEALTH

Continuous hazy conditions will cause ill effects to all people especially
those in the high risk groups such as :-

1. Children
2. The elderly
3. Those with illnesses like, Asthma, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Chronic lung diseases, Heart diseases and Allergies
4. Cigarette smokers
5. Those who work outdoors most of the time

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF HEALTH PROBLEMS AS A RESULT OF EXPOSURE TO THE HAZE?

The effects of continuous exposure to the haze include:-

* * * * *Itchy sensation in the throat, and coughing, increased phlegm
* * * * *Difficulty in breathing (wheeze) or nose block
* * * * *Pain, irritation, red and watery eyes
* * * * *Itchy skin rashes

If above symptoms persist, get advice and treatment at the nearest clinic.

WHAT IS 'HAZE' ?

Haze is a phenomenon or occurrence caused by the accumulation of fine particles in the air which are barely visible to naked eye. These particles may occur naturally or may be an outcome of human activities like open burning or smoky discharges from factories and exhaust of motor vehicles. When these particles accumulate in large quantities and suspend in the air, they can lock out sunlight and visibility will be greatly reduced.

AIR POLLUTANT INDEX (API)

The API is obtained from the measurement of fine particles (below 10 microns) and several gases which are hazardous to health such as carbon monoxide, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide and ozone. The API is used as a guide for measuring air quality and its effect on health as follows :-

Haze!!!! Haze!!!! Please go away!!!!!

This week's weather is very terrible as the haze are getting very serious from day to day. This make me seldom go out and have to drink a lot of water because of the haze. OMG, the bad news is the haze will be over around October according to The Star newspaper. What a long time and i am sick of it!!!! Now, I have to keep praying for the rain god to reduce the haze as soon as possible. Sigh. No haze, please!!!!!!!

Second spectaculars

My prediction is right as Azam was eliminated and finished 9th place. But the most surprise was Xerra in the bottom three. What the hell is that and it should be Adam but not Xerra. Anyway, it is time to said goodbye to Azam and wish you all the best in the future. Out.

Spectaculars 2

Overall, their performances was better compared to last week and i found that it is very difficult to make prediction and my guess is Nita, Adam, and Azam in the bottom 3. Maybe Azam will be eliminated. Sorry, Azam. Tomorrow is Paul Moss birthday and I want to wish him happy birthday and all the best in his future.
